I have delivered 3 babies with Dr Garner. The second 2 were twins and had quite a scary entrance to the world due to a fairly unknown complication that is not well studied, seen or recognized by most seasoned obs or medical professionals. Absolute best dr I've ever had . What I experienced during that pregnancy is probably the hardest thing I have ever experienced in my life before and after. All the medical professionals that helped me at Presbyterian Hospital high risk NICU are all amazing. Dr Garner some other very not as serious but emotionally difficult times regarding pregnancy and not once have I ever thought anything but I was in the best place possible for what I was going through. I what he did for me during my twin birth as well as some other serious life events I could never repay him for I think I thank could never even come close to what he did for my family and my babies. He'll probably say he was just doing his job but because of his dedication to his patients an overall care made one of the hardest confusing times of my life a little less stressful because I knew he hadn't my back and would advocate for me no matter what as well as my babies. He is one of drs who made sure me and my twins are still here today . They are happy and healthy 5 year olds today. No more babies for me, but if you want to be heard and treated by a dr who cares for you and your babies or babies as if you were family . As well as being very knowledgeable in his field he's a great person and can relate to his patients on a level not many doctors do anymore . His care is where you want to be . That is also true for any of the Dr's at Northlake Obgyn . THEY ARE THE BEST..There is no way I could ever repay him for the care he gave to me a d my babies during an extremely difficult situation that most obs are not familiar with or have only read about. I never once felt worried or scared during my very scary situation . I knew he would make sure all of us were ok. I didn't even really realize just how serious my situation was and what I had gone thru until many months later when I began to process everything. THANK YOU!! Dr Garner!!!. You Are Awesome !!! She wouldn't even give me my results unless I came into the office and pay an additional 160. after telling me she does it on the internet to save people money!!!!! then all she wanted to do was have me come in for a foot test even tough she could have very easily done it when I was there... Dr Juliette made me feel like I was abused after I left. she did not listen to my concerns, I have been going to her for several years an always put her down as my primary doctor several times that I’ve been there. She continues to tell me that she’s not my doctor and to go see my primary doctor, she made me feel like she was annoyed with me and angry an would just say that I needed to go see my primary Doctor. She is a Family Dr , I also have a Diabetes Dr.I Go to Family Dr when I'm sick or have concerns an she continues to dismiss me an tells me to go to my primary Dr. I called the office manager to voice my concerns an she was not any different from the Dr , dismissive an said well everyone likes her, I said well that should tell you something about her she is unprofessional an doesn't treat everyone the same. It's sad when you go see a Dr who you always put as your primary physician, an she tells you to go to your Dr. My daughter also went to her a few times an came back an said she was rude. Will not be going to see her again, an also she never greeted me with a smile.

Tina Thai does not care about her patients. I have been in severe abdominal distress since November. I had an appointment scheduled for January due to her availability, my appointment was at 2:30 and so I communicated I would be arriving at 2:45 due to traffic I was in on the tollway. When I arrived at 2:47 Tina Thai and staff refused to see me. I explained the amount of pain I had been in since November, BEGGGGGINNNGGGG them to see me and they refused. They rescheduled me for February, that makes 4 months I’ve been in pain. Does she care? No! As long as her office is getting your insurance money she does not care if you’ve been in pain for months, which is why I refuse to acknowledge her as a doctor, because what doctor allows a patient to leave their office when they’ve stated how much pain their in for a two minute late time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR LADIES!!!!! I read other reviews and they said similar things. It has to be her friends and family who are leaving 5star reviews because this is NO DOCTOR that any WOMAN in pain should want to see or make their gynecologist.
